ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER

Although we take every precaution to prepare your food safely. Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC orders are made in an environment where milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, chocolate, soy, sesame, wheat, and gluten products are used. For this reason Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC  cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these or other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC harmless for allergic reactions. 

Though I use the same sink, oven, and stove as my day-to-day kitchen, I use a dedicated mixer, utensils, towels, and sponges, and store all ingredients in a separate area than our regular pantry and refrigerator. My workspace is cleaned before starting on any Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC orders to minimize the possibilities of cross-contamination. However, because I use a home kitchen, I cannot ensure nor guarantee a completely allergen-friendly product.

​Even more so, I love the fact that when ordered, I can provide gluten-friendly, dairy, egg, soy, peanut, and tree nut-free baked goods. I take great care in packaging each order in a manner that reduces the risk of cross contamination once the order leaves my care. Please note that I strive to ensure the safety of my products, but I will not be responsible for any and all acts, illnesses, or harm that may be directly or indirectly caused by cross contact or alteration of any of my products once they leave my premises, or have been delivered to the point of destination by Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC.  Once your products leave my care, Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC disclaims all liability for any cross contact or alteration of Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC's product that may directly or indirectly come in contact with any food allergens, and/or other products or services that may contain or may have had contact to those allergens. I kindly ask that my customers handle each order with care and caution to reduce the risk of cross contact outside Magical Sweets N Treats, LLC premises so that you can share delicious gluten-friendly, dairy, egg, soy, and nut-free products with your family and friends. 

FOOD COLORING DISCLAIMER

Certain food coloring, oil-based colors, gel colors, powder colors and dyes may contain glycerol, colors, lecithin, meringue powder, corn or corn derivatives, chemicals, sulfites, MSG, flavoring or preservatives. When used in cakes, frostings, and/or airbrushed details may change the color of your hands, fingers, teeth, and mouth. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold Magical Sweets N Treats , LLC harmless for allergic reactions.

EDIBLE INK DISCLAIMER

Edible inks (food-safe inks) used to print images and vary in color, and some of the colors may not print with the shades that appear on a computer screen. Edible image ink colors may vary due to the printers used, but the colors will produce a superior image when absorbed with the frosting. We do not guarantee the exact color match of an edible image for this reason.

OUTDOOR EVENTS DISCLAIMER

With outdoor events, it is understood that your products ordered may be affected by outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to, unsteady terrain, winds, rain, leaves, dust, sunlight, insects, wildlife, and other acts of nature outdoors. Cakes and items such as fillings, decorations, or frosting may not be satisfactory in these conditions and are not guaranteed after satisfactory delivery. The recommended optimal temperature for all cakes is 73 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
